Acceptance of the conditions..
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation .

ARTICLE 1 – PRICE
1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included and excluding participation in processing and shipping costs . (see availability and delivery).

1.2 – All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.

1.3– LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of registration of orders, subject to availability on that date. LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉE COSMETIQUES / FUNLINE also reserves the right, in the event of a permanent shortage of a product, to exchange it for an equivalent product at the same price. In the event of non-satisfaction, the customer may refuse the exchange and return the item for a new exchange or request a refund. In this case, the return costs will be borne by LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉES COSMETIQUES / FUNLINE (reimbursement made at the customer's written request and upon presentation of proof, based on the current economic postal rate).

1.4 – Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉE COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE until full payment has been received by LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉE COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE SAS .

ARTICLE 3 – DELIVERY

  • Shipping:

Delivery in 1 to 2 working days (subject to validation of your order, and availability in stock of the item(s) ordered) throughout France, by Colissimo Standard (French Post service).

  • Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and appear on the order form.

  • Customs Restrictions:

Some legislation restricts the import of products, in particular aphrodisiacs. Find out about the legislation in force in your country before ordering on the site.

  • Customs Taxes

Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the package reaches its destination country. You must pay any additional customs clearance fees. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict them, as customs policies vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

ARTICLE 5 – SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 7 days (delivery date) to request an exchange or refund of your order from our customer service department at the following address: contact@jungle-juice.fr

However, this is only applicable for items returned under the following conditions:

  • All products, unused and unopened in their original packaging.

The risks associated with returning the item (loss or damage) remain the responsibility of the customer, as well as the cost of sending the customer to LABORATOIRE ÉLYSÉE COSMÉTIQUES / FUNLINE SAS.

In the event of an exchange, the customer must attach to his return a lump sum check for 8.5 € for the shipping costs of the new item chosen. Any product returned used or with damaged packaging will be destroyed at the customer's expense, so it cannot be refunded or exchanged. The request for reimbursement by check must be clear and precise, otherwise a credit note will be issued for the amount of the returned product(s).

The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France.
